1. Reason: Firmware is out of date.
   Solution: Download and install new firmware from this page: IDRS 1000 V2 Firmware
2. Reason: Battery may be dead.
   Solution: Check battery charge, if battery is dead please connect the supplied 5V Power Adapter to the IDRS unit.
3. Reason: Out of free space on SD memory card.
   Solution: a) Reorganize SD memory card space. b) Back up files from SD memory card to a PC and then erase the SD memory card to free space. c) Purchase a extra SD memory card.
4. Reason: SD memory card.
   Solution: a) Turn your IDRS on when plugged into USB port. b) Insert SD card into the SD slot on the IDRS.
5. Reason: Battery Overheating.
   Solution: During charging do not play files from the IDRS DVR.
6. Reason: Files may be incompatible with the player.
   Solution: Convert file formats to compatible versions per IDRS requirements.
7. Reason: Battery may be low or dead while recording
   Solution: Recharge battery or connect 5V DC Power Adapter
8. Reason: a) Camera port may be loose. b) A/V In DC 5V Out port may be damaged.
   Solution: Check Camera port connection to see if it is plugged in correctly or has a damaged plug or port.
